How do I know if Expert Certification is right for me?
Expert Certification is ideal for those who already have a basic foundation of Ontraport software skills and want to learn advanced skills to use in their consulting business.
What is the process for renewing my status as an Ontraport Certified Expert?
After passing the Expert Certification exam, your active Expert status is valid for a year.
At that time, a $500 renewal fee will be charged (unless you log into your Sandbox account and close it before that date), and we’ll email you information about your renewal exam.
If you don’t complete the test within a month, we’ll remove your Expert Marketplace listing and access to our Insiders Slack and Facebook communities, but you’ll retain access to your sandbox account.
What are the perks of getting certified?
When you pass the certification exam, you’ll join the exclusive group of Ontraport Experts who work with our clients.
As an Ontraport Certified Expert, you get:

Can I attend both courses?
Both courses will take place at the same time, so you will need to choose either Bootcamp or Expert Certification, depending upon your goals and familiarity with Ontraport.
Bootcamp is a three-day course designed to build the fundamental skills of using Ontraport, and is accessible to someone who is a new Ontraport user. Of course! You’re welcome to bring as many people on your team as you’d like. When you buy your ticket, you’ll have the option to include additional attendees so you’re all booked together. If you’d like to bring a large group, get in touch with sales@ontraport.com to discuss group pricing and potential discounts.
What’s your refund policy?
We’re committed to your success, and we’re willing to back it up! Bootcamp and Expert Certification tickets are refundable at any time.

When should I plan to arrive and depart from Santa Barbara?
If possible, try to arrive in Santa Barbara on Sunday, October 15 to make sure you have time to settle in. Bootcamp will wrap up on October 18, and Certification will end on October 20.
Will the live sessions be recorded so I can watch them at a time that works for me where I live?
If you join us virtually for either course, you will be able to view the recorded sessions and slides for up to 30 days after the event.
Are food and drinks included in my ticket price?
We’ll be providing complimentary breakfast, lunch, coffee, snacks and happy hour beverages to our in-person attendees.
Will sales tax be applied to my ticket purchase?
Yes, local sales tax will apply based on your state.
Where should I stay?
We recommend making reservations at Best Western Plus Santa Barbara. This hotel is about a five-minute drive from Ontraport’s HQ and includes an on-site restaurant, bar, heated pool and more. Find more details and book your room here.

You will receive a confirmation email and more messages with specific information beginning 30 days before your event start date.
Can I send someone from my marketing team or my virtual assistant for training, instead of myself?
There is no better way to train your team on the strategy and software than to send them to these live training programs. We highly recommend Bootcamp for anyone who works in your Ontraport account. If you want them to take your account to the next level, we recommend sending them through the Certification Course.
