How do I become a Partner?

How much do you pay in commissions?

We pay 25% of monthly recurring subscription fees. You recieve 25% of the account subscription price as listed on https://ontraport.com/pricing/. We do not provide commissions on email overages, contact overages, user seats, private IP's, setup fees, SMS or print credits purchased. Your commissions generate as long as the client has an open account with us and is current on their subscription payment.

We also pay a 25% commission on tickets to our annual user conference, ONTRApalooza, as well as seats in our Bootcamp training and Certification course.

When do you make Partner payments?

We make Partner commission payments on the third Friday of each month pending you have met our $100 threshold, we have your valid PayPal address on file, and we have a W-9 or international answers on file.

How do you track leads and sales?

We track leads and sales through the Partner links that you find within the Partner Center. Those Partner links contain cookies which track your referrals.

What is a qualified sale?

A qualified sale is any customer who makes a purchase of a commissionable product through your Partner link. This includes an account subscription or a ticket to one of our events or training courses. Keep in mind that customers who purchase an ONTRAPORT account must make it past their 90-day trial before their referrer will receive commission for that sale.

Can I apply my Partner commissions to my ONTRAPORT account subscription fees?

No. Your commissions will be paid via PayPal to the address you have on file.

PARTNER AGREEMENT

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the ONTRAPORT Partner Program. The terms “Partner,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We” and “our” refer to ONTRAPORT Partner Program. We are independent parties and this agreement will not form any partnership.

AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your partner application and will end when terminated by either party. Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

MODIFICATION

By posting a Change Notice or a new agreement on this site, we may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM following the posting of a Change Notice or new agreement, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.

For a sale to generate a commission to a Partner, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the service ordered. Fees over $100 will be paid on the third Friday of each month via PayPal. Any returned payments, chargebacks or fees from a returned order will be adjusted in the following fee payment. NO COMMISSION is paid on your original purchase of ONTRAPORT. In other words you cannot buy from yourself or be your first purchase for the sole purpose of discounting your own product purchase. The Referrer (Partner) and Referee may not be immediate family members, and must reside at different addresses. ONTRAPORT will monitor and track referrals submitted for accuracy. To the extent ONTRAPORT detects referral fraud, ONTRAPORT reserves the right to exclude the associated Referrer from the Partner program and the Referrer will forfeit any partner rewards. NO COMMISSION is paid on product add-ons including but not limited to contact, email and seat overages, private IP, SMS, Postcards, or rollback fees.

ORDER PROCESSING

ONTRAPORT will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on the partner and sub-partner sites. Customers who purchase products and services through ONTRAPORT will be deemed to be customers of ONTRAPORT. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. ONTRAPORT policies will always determine the price paid by the customer. SPAM

Unsolicited Commercial Email – ONTRAPORT in no way participates in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all Partners are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the ONTRAPORT Partner Program, with no refund.

DISCLAIMER

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Partner Program or your potential to earn income from the ONTRAPORT Partner Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the Partner Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or downtime. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the Federal or State courts located Santa Barbara, California, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. By submitting this Partner Agreement form, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
