• All client data is backed up hourly, daily, and weekly and is stored across arrays of hard drives and off-site tape backups
• Payment information is stored in separate PCI-compliant servers that are inaccessible by any single person inside or outside of the company
• All data travels via secure 128-bit SSL encryption

Get notified of service interruptions

Sign up with your mobile phone and get real-time notifications if service is interrupted for any reason, including planned downtime for scheduled maintenance. We'll also give you live updates about any current issues along with an ETA on recovery time (ie. "We're on it..." or "We've figured out the issue and will be back up in 7 minutes.."). It’s worth noting that unplanned downtime is very rare and maintenance is only scheduled during the periods of lowest system usage across our client base.
