An all-in-one platform like Ontraport has a lot going on under the hood. The Ontraport Engineering team is constantly working to make sure uptime is 100%, millions of emails are delivered, and hundreds of tickets are solved. Here are a few more things they accomplished this month.

Say Hello to Our New Welcome Process

All new Ontraport accounts will use our new welcome process, which includes new streamlined pages and an account activation email when they first sign up. We also added a notification pop-up when a new user is added to an account. This instructional pop-up will prompt account holders to tell their new user(s) to check for an activation email in their inbox — all to make the setup process even easier.

First the Help Center, Now the Support Center

We’re working hard to make signing up, setting up and scaling up as easy as possible. Last month we added a new in-app Help Center; this month we revamped our Support Center. It now has a sleek, easy-to-navigate design and new tutorial videos to walk you through setting up and scaling your business.

Keeping Up With Conditions Just Got Easier

We’ve added a description view for conditions included on Trigger and Goal elements inside Campaign Builder. This allows you to see conditional settings at a glance — meaning you no longer need to click into each Trigger or Goal to see its conditions. If there are multiple conditions, a number will display telling you how many there are.

A New Condition in Contact Groups

You now have the ability to create Contact Groups using the condition “Filled Out Form” for forms created within your Landing Page Blocks.
