We delivered 81 million emails on behalf of our clients. We also hosted over 28 million landing page views and served over 168 million web requests. Our uptime this week was 100%.

New SMS Voice Message Option

What happens when your contact calls your Ontraport SMS number? Until today they received a generic, computer generated message that said, “This number does not accept calls.”

Now, you can provide text for the computer-generated message so you can include your business number, or even record a message in your own voice and upload it to the File Manager, then provide the link for that message to be played.

How? Click the profile icon, then Administration > Data Tab > SMS and click on your SMS number. Type your text (or provide a URL to an MP3 file you have created) and save it.

Performance Mode Update

We fixed an issue in Campaign Builder Performance Mode that caused certain paths to display zeroes upon clicking a trigger if contacts entered that path via a “go to” element.

Column Editor Update for Mac OS

We fixed an issue that caused the column editor to fail to open on some versions of Mac OS.

Settings Pop Up Update for Mac OS

We fixed an issue that caused campaign element settings pop ups to not appear on certain versions of Mac OS.
