Last week we solved 61 tickets, 33 of which were customer requests or reports. This resulted in two updates to the system.

We delivered 85.3 million emails on behalf of our clients. We also hosted 33.09 million landing page views and served a total of 181.9 million web requests. Our up-time this week was 100%.

We also released the following new features and updates.

New Gateway: Stripe Tokenization

Those migrating from another system who have customer data, including credit card details, stored in Stripe can export that data and have it imported using our Custom Import Services. The Ontraport Stripe Token gateway can then be used to continue processing open orders you have imported and all future orders for those customers.

Ontraport customers can also select Stripe Tokenization as a gateway to store card details on Stripe’s system. This enables the Stripe Dashboard and reporting features to be more complete because we pass along customer information, product pricing, etc., and it takes advantage of other Stripe features such as Smarter Saved Cards.

Campaign Builder Update

We added the ability to set a dropdown-type field to ‘blank’ via the Campaign Builder ‘Update Contact’ element.
