Facebook Custom Audiences Integration

We’re making it easier for users to connect Ontraport to Facebook custom audiences. Ontraport users will click a button, log in to Facebook, and be connected to their custom audiences. This feature also creates a more stable connection, adds the ability to connect to Facebook Business Manager accounts and see more than five ad accounts at a time.

Ontraport Pages Updated

We fixed an issue where edited Ontraport Pages could not have certain text options modified in mobile view.

Merge Contacts Function Update

We fixed an issue that may have caused the Merge Duplicates feature to not load all valid duplicate records.

Custom Objects Update

We fixed an issue that may have caused related Object fields to not update reliably when submitting Task Forms.

Contact Record Update

We fixed a display issue with the column editor in the Contact Log. We also fixed an issue that may have caused numeric field averages to not display properly. We added search functionality to the Automation Log by the Type column values.

Sequence Update

We fixed an issue where the Status column in the Sequence subscriber tab failed to display subscriber status.

Open Orders Update

We fixed an issue that prevented the next charge amount from updating after editing Products on Open Orders. We also fixed an issue where it failed to mark Open Orders with Transactions in Collections as past due consistently.

Order Form Notification

We added a notification to Forms regarding hosting on non-secure pages. As of April 27, 2018, we will no longer support Order Forms on non-secure pages.

Campaign Builder Update

We fixed an issue that may have prevented campaign removal Triggers from firing.

Contact Import Update

We fixed an issue that may have prevented Rules based on field updates from firing during some Contact imports.

WordPress Memberships Updates

We added website ID to the WordPress Memberships API endpoints.

Form Update

We fixed a display issue for “My State is not listed” addresses on the default Double Opt In confirmation page.

Wilson Kwan, Ontraport's Traffic Manager, is from California's Bay Area and received degrees in Asian American Studies and Statistics from UCSB. Wilson has enjoyed many roles and apprenticeships at Ontraport in customer support, tech support, email delivery and marketing.
