Webhook Endpoints Added to the API

We’ve made it easier for developers to build on our platform by releasing four new webhooks: Tag is added, Tag is removed, object record is created, and form is submitted.

Webhooks are similar to our rules or Campaign Triggers. Webhooks wait for certain criteria to be met and then fire off the information. A benefit of webhooks is fewer API requests need to be made. Developers can subscribe to desired webhooks and we’ll automatically send the object record data.  Cool, huh? Here’s our API docs and our live testing space.

Marketing Campaigns Update

We fixed an issue that prevented sharing marketplace campaigns when an order form asset used the “Do Not Send Invoice” setting.

Custom Objects Update

We fixed an issue that caused user permissions for objects to rely on contact permission settings. We also fixed an issue in Ontraport Form settings that caused rules to pull from contacts instead of the object.

Groups Update

We fixed an issue that prevented new group names from displaying in the dropdown immediately.

Tracking Update

We fixed an issue that caused groups of items in the tracking tab to fail to pull valid results.

Ontraport Editor Update

We fixed an issue that caused the cancel and save buttons to appear in front of the color palette selector. We also added focus to URL input when editing links.

Ontraport Email Messages Updates

We fixed an issue that caused custom send from info added to scheduled broadcasts not displaying properly.

Product Sales Logs Update

We fixed a display issue for contacts based on tag conditions.
