This week we solved 111 tickets, 49 of which were customer requests or reports. This resulted in four updates to the system.

We delivered 89.2 million emails on behalf of our clients. We also hosted over 25.5 million landing page views and served over 214.3 million web requests. Our uptime this week was 100%.

 

Adding Fields to Billing Address Form

You can now add regular contact fields in addition to the “billing address” section on an order form. This data will then be automatically sent to the payment gateway to store more data for CRM functionality. The feature update will improve billing address fields and will not impact any customer’s existing processes.

Form Connector Removed

The Form Connector, which attempted to fill any other form with the input on the Ontraport Form, no longer works due to increased security surrounding form submissions. We have removed it from the apps for new accounts. This only affects new Ontraport accounts and new Ontraport Pages Premium account.
