Staying on top of your contact management and follow-up is easier than ever with our new quick editors inside the contacts collection. Now, you can create tasks, emails and SMS messages on-the-fly without having to navigate to a separate editor.
Here’s what the new streamlined process looks like for each one:
Quick Tasks
Select one or more contacts, add a task subject and details, set a due date, and assign your to-do style task to a team member. Learn more about quick tasks here.
Quick Email
Select the contacts you want to email, click Quick Email, create and configure your email, and send. Learn more about quick email here.
Quick SMS
Choose the contacts you want to text, click SMS, configure and write your message, and send. Learn more about quick SMS here.
