How it works

Only those leads who have not engaged frequently with your content will be added to this stay-in-touch automation. This lead nurturing automation is your last effort to retain these cooling leads and turn them into hot leads/returning customers.

This system is a slow and steady automation that keeps your audience engaged without overwhelming them. It delivers a slow drip of emails that ensures that leads remain connected and engaged with your brand over an extended period.

The automation sends a series of emails with breaks in between. After the first email, it waits for 7 days and sends the next one. The timing between subsequent emails gradually increases to 10 days. You can choose to have more or fewer emails in the sequence and adjust the timing. We suggest keeping the communication infrequent and valuable so your readers remain engaged. 

At the end of the path, there's a "Product Purchased" goal. Those who reach this goal by purchasing a product from you will no longer receive your stay-in-touch emails. You can also use this goal to gauge the effectiveness of your email sequences by viewing how many subscribers end up purchasing.

How to use and customize your system

Step 1: Click here to navigate to your Stay-in-touch drip email campaign.

Step 2: Customize the drip emails. 

  • Click on each of the emails (Stay-in-touch Drip: Email #1 - Stay-in-touch Drip: Email #6) to edit the existing content.
  • When you finish editing each email, click SAVE.
  • Click the back arrow to return to the system page. 

Step 3: Open the automation and click EDIT in the top right.

Step 4: Click on the PRODUCT IS PURCHASED goal at the end of the path. 

  • In the Purchases dropdown, select +NEW PRODUCT. Or select it from the dropdown if your product is already saved.
    • Enter your product’s public name, then click Save & Edit.
    •  Enter your product data and click SAVE
    •  Click the back arrow to return to your automation

Step 5: Click SAVE and PUBLISH to update your automation.

Note: This system is linked to the lead magnet and conversion booster system. That system allows you to attract new leads (and get them on your list). After a designated amount of time, set by you, less engaged leads will be added to the automation in this stay-in-touch funnel.

Tips
  • Adjust your timing to fit your business’s and customers’ needs by editing the day and time settings in your automation’s wait elements. 
  • This system is designed to be a great catch-all for any of your marketing efforts. When you've made your last attempt to convert a sale as a part of a campaign, send contacts to this automation via an "Add to automation" element before that campaign's end step. They'll be automatically removed any time they purchase something!
