With the Ontraport mobile app, you can run your business from anywhere. It lets you keep work moving even when you’re away from your desk.

The mobile app gives you access to the most important information in your account. You can use it to streamline your sales process, customer communication, team management and more. Here’s a little overview of how it works.

The Ontraport mobile app gives you access to all the records in your account and a bunch of key functionality. You’ll see all your collections for Contacts, Deals, Companies and your custom objects.

You might use all this info to prep before your next sales call. Or maybe you want to shoot off a follow-up email while the details of a meeting are still fresh. Or you may jot down notes or assign a task to one of your teammates.

Of course, some stuff is easier to do on a big screen — so there are features from the desktop version that you won’t find in the mobile app such as building pages and automations and things like that.

But you can dig into any of your records to find info, make edits, access related notes or tasks and more. This comes in handy in lots of different ways, depending on the kind of work you do.

If you’re a salesperson, for example, you can start a sales call with a contact in one click. When you’re done, the app will prompt you to log in a few details from your chat. If you need to follow up or set another meeting, it’s easy to add your contact to a campaign that takes care of it for you.

Or maybe you’re a service technician. With the app, you can update your tasks for service calls as soon as they’re complete. Then you can tap the address of your next appointment, get directions and head right over.

At the end of the day, you won’t have to go back to your desk to update all your tasks!

If you’re an entrepreneur, you can run the most important parts of your day-to-day business from your phone or tablet.
