Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we get about our referral program.
How much does it cost to be an Ontraport Partner?
It’s free! As long as you’re an Ontraport customer, there’s no cap on the commissions you can earn.

Why didn't I get paid for the account I referred?
There are a few reasons you may not have been paid. It’s important to know that we do not pay commissions on new accounts until your referral has been a paying client for 30 days. We do this to prevent clawbacks from future commission payments in case your referral cancels during our 30 day money-back guarantee window. Once your referral has been a client for 30 days, all unpaid commissions will be paid. For more information, check out our full program terms or contact our support team.
Can I link to an Ontraport page that is NOT listed in your promotional tools and still get a partner commission (if it leads to a sale)?
What should I do if I'm NOT showing as the referrer for someone I referred?
If you aren’t listed as the referrer for an Ontraport client you’ve referred under the “Earnings” tab in the Partner Center, you can request to be manually added as a referrer if all of the following conditions are met:
1. You, the referrer, must make the request within 30 days of the first account payment by the referred account.
2. You must be a current Ontraport customer or Ontraport Expert.
3. The account owner of the referred account must respond to our inquiry to confirm you referred them.
4. The referred account does not currently credit another partner.
After 30 days from the date of the first payment, no changes to the latest referring partner will be accepted. We cannot pay commissions on past referred purchases that were not claimed by the referrer within 30 days.
