If you have a WordPress membership site, you may want to create a customer center where your members can log in and view their purchase and payment history, update their credit card details and change their login information.
When members update information in your customer center, the information is also updated in their contact record in Ontraport to help keep records current and ensure that future payments are successful.

Enable your customer center
- Log in to your integrated WordPress site as an administrator.
- Go to Settings → PilotPress.
- Check the “Enable customer center” option located in the “Ontraport Integration Settings” section.
- Click Save Changes.
Your customer center will look like this, and your members will now be able to access it when they log in to your membership site:
