If you have a membership site, you may want to create a Customer Center where your members can log in and view their purchase and payment history, update their credit card details and change their login information.

When members update information in their Customer Center, the information is also updated in their contact record in Ontraport to help keep records current and ensure that future payments are successful.

  • To enable your Customer Center, log in to your integrated WordPress site as the administrator, and go to the settings menu on the dashboard. Click on PilotPress.
  • Find Ontraport Integration Settings, check the box next to Enable Customer Center, then click the blue save changes button.
  • Select the Post-Login Redirect page you’d like your customers to see after they log in.
    • We recommend setting this to “Redirect Customers to the Customer Center,” but you can choose any other page shown in the dropdown.
  • Click the blue save changes button.
