Anyone who purchases a product from you is automatically enrolled in this program. This program tracks any subsequent purchases and adds them to a rewards count. After purchasing nine products, customers will receive an email letting them know they are one purchase away from receiving a reward.
Once a customer has purchased 10 products from you, they’ll receive an email stating that they’ve unlocked a reward and providing them with a personal coupon code. You’ll customize the reward they’ll receive.
The automation behind this program also updates a dropdown field (far, medium or close) in the contact record based on how many purchases a customer has made toward their next reward.
Your customers will be able to view their progress toward their next reward in the loyalty program when logged in to their customer portal. See the admin portal education page for more information about how that works.
