This turnkey loyalty rewards program makes it easy to express your gratitude to clients, incentivizing them to purchase again and again! 

Using this program, you can: 

  • Automatically enroll new clients
  • Easily track and manage customer progress
  • Deliver a personalized coupon code for a discounted or free product
How it works

Anyone who purchases a product from you is automatically enrolled in this program. This program tracks any subsequent purchases and adds them to a rewards count. After purchasing nine products, customers will receive an email letting them know they are one purchase away from receiving a reward.

Once a customer has purchased 10 products from you, they’ll receive an email stating that they’ve unlocked a reward and providing them with a personal coupon code. You’ll customize the reward they’ll receive.

The automation behind this program also updates a dropdown field (far, medium or close) in the contact record based on how many purchases a customer has made toward their next reward. 

Your customers will be able to view their progress toward their next reward in the loyalty program when logged in to their customer portal. See the admin portal education page for more information about how that works.

How to use and customize your system

Step 1: Click here to go to your loyalty rewards program.

Step 2: Click on Loyalty Program: Information in the LANDING PAGE section to edit the page copy. Make sure the copy aligns with your company's rewards program.

  • Click SAVE and PUBLISH when you're done.

Step 3: Click here to customize the coupon code your clients will receive in this program.

  • You don't need to enter anything in "Coupon Code" - the code itself will be generated dynamically in each customer's email.
  • In "Valid for these products," add your specific product by clicking +ADD, or select "all products."
  • In "Value of the discount," enter a dollar value or percentage. Currently, the percentage is set to 100%, meaning your customer earns a free product.
  • Click SAVE.

You're ready to start enrolling your clients in your loyalty rewards program!

Tips
  • Edit the copy in the “Loyalty Reward Program: Bonus Unlocked” or the “Loyalty Rewards Program Notice: One More!” emails if they don’t align with your brand or loyalty program.
  • If you want to change the number of purchases required for your customers to receive a reward in your program, edit the conditions in the automation. 
    • Currently, when the condition “Loyalty Counter Equal to 9” is met, customers receive an email that they need one more purchase to get an award.
    • And when the “Loyalty Counter Greater Than or Equal to 10” is met, they will receive an email with the award – a coupon code.
