Step 1: Click here to go to your marketing website system.
Step 2: Click on "Marketing Website: Home."
- Edit the copy to align with your brand and products or services. Make sure to add your own testimonials, benefits, services, and contact information.
- Hover over any block of text, and click the gear icon to edit its contents. Click the checkmark when you are finished.
- If you want to remove images or text elements, hover over the element and click on the trash icon.
Step 3: Add your payment gateway to Ontraport. If you have already done that, skip to step 4.
- Navigate to Sales → Settings → Gateways, then click +New Gateway.
- Follow the instructions here for your specific integration.
- Note: There is a dummy gateway already included for testing purposes. Replace the dummy gateway with your payment gateway after testing.
Step 4: Edit the products on your Order page.
- Click +Add/Edit Product.
- Replace the example product with your own product's information.
- Edit the Public Name to something you want your page visitors to see, and edit the price to align with your product.
- Internal Name and SKU are optional fields.
- Optional: Collect sales tax on your form by following these instructions.
- Optional: Adjust payment options on your order form to include payment plans, subscriptions, or trial periods.
- Optional: Create a coupon code that you can provide to your leads.
- Click +Add Product to select your additional product(s) from the dropdown.
- Click DONE in the top right corner when you are finished.
- SAVE and PUBLISH your page.
Step 5: Click on the About Us page in the LANDING PAGES section of your marketing website system to replace the example copy and images with your own.
- Note that the copy on the page provides some direction about the type of content we suggest including.
- Click SAVE and PUBLISH when you're finished editing.
Step 6: Click on the Services and Contact Us pages to edit the copy and images as needed.
- Note: Editing the two thank you pages ("Order: Thanks" and "Contact Us: Thanks") is optional.
Step 7: Click here to go to your Services collection. You'll see several example services that your business may or may not offer. The details of each service are contained in fields in each record.
- Click on the records of the services you do offer. Edit the example copy so it reflects the details of your service, and click SAVE.
- All the call-to-action buttons on your services' pages will be to book a free consultation through your Consultation Management System. If you'd prefer to link to an order form directly, customize the button copy and the button link accordingly!
- If you offer services that are not listed in the records, you can add a new record.
- Click + NEW SERVICE, and fill in the information in the fields.
- Click SAVE
- You can also remove records altogether if you offer fewer services than are provided in this collection.
- Click on the record, then click Delete.
Note: Any record you create in the Services collection will automatically create and publish a new Services: Details page. You'll have one page for each service that has a record saved in your account. Additionally, links to those Services: Details pages will also be automatically populated on your "Marketing Website: Services" page.
Your marketing website is ready to launch!
