Ontraport’s order form-based ecommerce platform allows you to easily create simple orders and sell single items. If you’re looking to create a shopping experience with a wide variety of products where merchants can browse your site, add items of interest to their cart, and pay for them all at once, consider integrating your Ontraport account with one of the following shopping cart tools.

Note:Ontraport only offers support for built-in integrations. For assistance with an outside integration, please reach out to their support team using the contact information provided below.

1ShoppingCart

To integrate with 1ShoppingCart and send purchase data and product information to Ontraport, you can use either the API integration or an alternate integration to track partner sales.

1. Log in to your 1ShoppingCart account, and go to My Account > API > API Settings.
2. Copy your Merchant API key and Merchant ID.
3. Log in to your Ontraport account and go to Administration > Integrations > 1ShoppingCart Syncing. Paste your Merchant API key and Merchant ID into their respective fields.
4. Copy the notification URL from Ontraport, and paste it into the 1ShoppingCart Notification URL field.

If you need to track partner sales, follow these steps instead to avoid creating duplicate purchases in your account.

2. Replace “<<<YOURSUBDOMAIN>>>” with your Ontraport subdomain.
3. Follow 1ShoppingCart’s instructions to set your custom thank you pages.
4. To make sure your integration works properly:
   • Your product names need to match in Ontraport and 1ShoppingCart.
   • They shouldn’t contain colons, forward slashes, backslashes or product prices

ClickBank

Steps in Ontraport:

1. Go to → Administration → Integrations → ClickBank Configuration.
2. Copy your Secret Key and Instant Notification URL into a text file to use in ClickBank later.
3. Click Save.

Steps in ClickBank:

1. Click Vendor Settings → My Site.
2. In the Advanced Tools section, click Edit.

3. Enter the Secret Key and Instant Notification URL, and select 6.0 from the version dropdown.

4. Create a product in ClickBank and run a test payment.
   • You must create your product in ClickBank before running a test payment. Doing this creates a matching product in Ontraport.

Easy Digital Downloads

To install the Easy Digital Downloads ecommerce add-on, you first need to install the integrator tool WP Fusion, which will allow you to connect Ontraport with Easy Digital Downloads.

1. Follow these steps to obtain an Ontraport API key and app ID.
2. Install the WP Fusion plugin by following the steps in this article.
3. Install the Easy Digital Downloads ecommerce add-on to your WP Fusion account. Once installed, WP Fusion will load a list of all configured products in your Ontraport account.
4. Follow the documentation by WP Fusion to fully integrate your shopping cart.

Integrate using Zapier

1. Connect your Ontraport account to Zapier.
2. Connect your Shopify account to Zapier.
3. In Zapier, choose which zaps you want to use to connect Ontraport to Shopify. To create your zap, go to Zapier’s Ontraport + Shopify integration page and click Connect Ontraport + Shopify below your selected triggers and actions.

Integrate using Clickfix.io

1. Follow these steps to obtain an Ontraport API key and App ID.
2. Install the Clickfix.io app in your Shopify store.
3. Once the Clickfix.io app is installed, go to the Clickfix.io dashboard and click on the Integrations tab.
4. Select Ontraport from the list of available integrations.
5. Enter your Ontraport API key and API ID in the fields provided.
6. Choose which data you want to sync between Shopify and Ontraport. This can include order information, customer information, and more.
7. Customize the integration settings to fit your needs.
8. Test the integration to ensure that everything is working properly.
   • Place a test order in your Shopify store.
   • You should see the order information in your Ontraport account within a few minutes.
   • Verify that the customer information associated with the order is also being transferred correctly to Ontraport.
   • Check that any custom fields or tags that you have set up in Ontraport for orders are being populated with the correct information.
   • Test any automations you have set up in Ontraport to ensure that they’re triggered correctly when a new order is placed.
   • Check that any data filters or segmentation rules that you have set up in Ontraport are working correctly based on the data being received from Shopify.
