Customize the way you market and run your membership courses and products by integrating your member management software or learning management systems (LMS) with Ontraport.

AccessAlly

1. Follow these steps to obtain an Ontraport API key and app ID.
2. Enable WordPress in Ontraport by going to → Administration rarr; Advanced Features → WordPress and switching the feature .
3. In the same Administration menu, click into Membership Sites → WordPress Website.
4. Click New WordPress Site → Existing WordPress Site.
5. Name your site, enter the website URL and click Save. (Do not configure any membership levels.)
6. Click Contacts → Settings → Field Editor to create a custom field called “AccessAlly Password” to store your contacts’ passwords. Click Save.
7. To complete the integration in WordPress follow these steps:
   • Download the AccessAlly plugin.
   • In WordPress administration, select AccessAlly → General Settings.
   • On the “Initial Setup” tab select Ontraport from the dropdown.
   • Copy and paste your app ID and API key into the Ontraport account settings section.
   • At the bottom of the page, select the “AccessAlly Password” field from the “Password Field” dropdown.
   • Click Save Changes.

Sensei

To install the Sensei add-on, you first need to install the integrator tool WP Fusion, which will allow you to connect Ontraport with Sensei.

1. Follow these steps to obtain an Ontraport API key and app ID.

3. Follow the documentation by WP Fusion to fully integrate with Ontraport.

Summit Evergreen

1. Follow these steps to obtain an Ontraport API key and app ID.
2. Log in to your Summit Evergreen account.
3. Go to Payment Processor → Ontraport.
4. Enter the API Key and app ID from Ontraport and click Save.
5. Summit Evergreen will display the “Payment Notification URL” and “Refund Notification URL.” Copy these for later use in Ontraport.
6. Create your course content in Summit Evergreen and make note of the SKU. To find the SKU follow these steps:
   • Select Manage Products → [Page//the appropriate course] → Courses.>
   • Copy the Course SKU displayed (do not use the “Offer SKU”).
7. In Ontraport, create your product and order form. Make sure your form settings are set to single in opt-in.
8. Paste your Summit Evergreen “Thank You” page URL into the “Custom URL” field.
   • Your Summit Evergreen Thank You page URL will be your custom URL for the course with “/checkout/thankyou/” appended to it. For example http://mydomain.evergreen-learning.com/checkout/thankyou/.
   • If you don’t have a custom URL in Summit Evergreen, use the individual product URL by clicking Manage Products → [Page//select the appropriate product] → Settings. Add /checkout/thankyou/ to the end of the URL
9. In Ontraport, go to Conditional Rules → Add Rule and name your rule.
10. Under “Then do this,” select Ping a URL >and paste the payment notification URL you saved from Summit Evergreen in step 5 into the URL field.
11. To create your “post data” you must edit the following: api_key=API_KEY&app_id=APP_ID&sku=COURSE_SKU&email=[Page//Email]&first_name=[Page//First Name]&last_name=[Page//Last Name]&customer_id=[Page//Contact ID]&order_id=[Page//Last Invoice #]&price=[Page//Last Total Invoice Amount]
12. Edit the data string:
    • Replace API_KEY with the API key created in Ontraport.
    • Replace APP_ID with the app ID created in Ontraport.
    • Replace COURSE_SKU with the course SKU from your Summit Evergreen Course.
13. Paste the post data into the “Post Data” box and click Save.
14. At the bottom of the “Settings tab” check the box next to “Pass CGI variables to the Thank you page”.
15. Click Save.

1. Follow these instructions to connect your Ontraport account with Zapier.

3. In Zapier, choose which zaps you want to use to connect Ontraport with Teachable. To create your zap integration, go to Zapier’s Ontraport + Teachable integration page and click Connect next to the zap.
