This campaign sells subscription access to your membership site and automatically handles critical tasks related to signups, failed payments, credit card expiration reminders and cancellations.

Emails

Subscription Re-engagement Campaign
This campaign automatically sends re-engagement emails to bring back members who haven’t logged in to your site in at least two weeks.

Registration Email
Once your members subscribe to your membership site, they’ll get an email with a link to create their password on your membership registration page.

Failed Subscription Payment Email #1
If members’ subscription payments fail, send an email asking them to update their payment details using the customer center login link.

Failed Subscription Payment Email #2
Three days later, if customers’ payments haven’t yet processed, send a second email letting them know you’ll pause their membership in four days if they don’t update their payment details using the provided link.

Failed Subscription Payment Email #3
Four more days later, send a final email to subscribers who haven’t paid, letting them know you’ve paused their membership. They can also restart their membership from this email by fixing their payment info.

Credit Card Expiration Reminder
One week before a customer’s card is about to expire, send an email asking them to update their payment information so they can keep enjoying their membership with no service interruptions.

Subscription Re-engagement Email #1
If previously active subscribers haven’t logged in in the past two weeks, send them a friendly check-in email encouraging them to use their membership.

Subscription Re-engagement Email #2
A few weeks later, if subscribers still haven't logged in, send them a second email prompting them to re-engage with your membership site.

Internal Re-engagement Notification
If customers don’t log in or register within a month, you’ll get an email prompting you to reach out to them to resolve any potential login issues.

Subscription Order Page
Encourage leads to purchase a monthly subscription to your membership site by filling out this order form.

Subscription Thank You Page
Thank new customers for purchasing your subscription.

Registration Page
Once new members click the “create password” link in their registration email, they’ll land on this page where they can create their login password.

Self-serve Customer Center
After your members complete their registration, they’ll have access to the customer center. Here, they can view their payment history, update their credit card details, change their login information and cancel their monthly subscriptions.

Membership Cancellation Form
If customers wish to cancel their monthly subscriptions, give them the option to do so by filling out this online form.

Membership Cancellation Confirmation
