In contact records, view the details about the currency used for each transaction to see both the amount charged in the original currency and the price converted to your default currency.
- Go to your contact’s record and click the Purchases tab in detail view.
- View the Purchase history subcollection and add the currency column to view the currency used for each transaction.
- The price column will show the total collected in your account’s default currency.
- Click on a transaction to open the details. From there, you can see the price in the original currency.

Keep track of which currency your contacts used most recently from the transaction info section in the purchases tab of your contact records.
Process refunds in alternative currencies

Anytime you refund a transaction processed with an alternative currency, the refund will be processed in the original transaction currency and match the amount initially charged.
Sales reports will show the refunded amount in original and converted currencies to help you maintain accurate financial records.
